About
Welcome to the Kinematics course, part of our Quantitative Physics Series designed for students in grades 4-8. This self-paced program delves into the fascinating world of motion, providing a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of physics. We begin by exploring motion maps and motion graphs. Students will learn key concepts such as speed, velocity, distance, and displacement. The course also covers the interpretation of graph slopes and their significance in understanding motion. As we progress, we will delve into the concepts of acceleration and the intricacies of 1D and 2D projectile motion. This course contains 20 short videos explaining the concepts in a deep conceptual way, 20 quizzes to check for understanding before the kids move on to the next step, and fun games! At the end of the lesson, you will get a certificate of completion! Through engaging lessons and interactive activities, students will develop a solid foundation in kinematics, preparing them for more advanced studies in physics. Join us on this exciting journey to uncover the secrets of motion and enhance your physics literacy!
